These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PokerDeck (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to host games. Hosts are responsible for the activity in their spaces. Keep your account secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.

2. Use of the Service

Do not abuse, interfere with, or disrupt the Service or other users.
Do not attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent security measures.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Social Poker Only

PokerDeck is an entertainment platform that uses virtual chips with no real‑world value. We do not process, hold, or distribute prize money, and no cashouts are available on the platform. See our Privacy Policy for data practices.

4. Memberships & Payments

Subscription and membership features may be offered. Platform fees and applicable payment processor terms will apply. You authorize us and our payment partners to charge you for paid features you enable. Taxes may apply based on your location.

5. Club Content & Prize Mentions

Hosts may publish club and tournament descriptions. Prize references on PokerDeck must be informational only (no amounts or payout structures). PokerDeck does not facilitate prize pools or payouts. Off‑platform arrangements are solely between hosts and their members.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your content; you grant us a limited license to host and display it to provide the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to prevent harm. You may stop using the Service at any time. Certain sections survive termination.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service. We will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
