Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PokerDeck, including our websites, hosted tournament tools, account features, paid plans, and account-support channels (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

PokerDeck is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old and old enough to enter a binding contract in your location. Hosts are responsible for activity in their rooms, clubs, and tournaments. Keep your sign-in method secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

PokerDeck provides private social poker and tournament-management features for entertainment. The Service uses virtual chips only. Virtual chips are not money, deposits, stored value, securities, or redeemable balances.

• We do not offer real-money gambling.
• We do not process, hold, escrow, distribute, or guarantee prizes.
• No cashouts, withdrawals, or chip redemptions are available.
• Off-platform prize arrangements are not part of the Service.

Use PokerDeck fairly and lawfully. You must not:

• abuse, harass, threaten, or impersonate another person;
• interfere with the Service or other users;
• attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls;
• reverse engineer the Service except where law expressly permits it;
• use PokerDeck to facilitate gambling, unlawful payments, or unlawful prizes.

Hosts may publish room names, descriptions, tournament settings, invitations, and player-facing information. You are responsible for content you submit. Prize references on PokerDeck must remain informational and must not present PokerDeck as a prize processor, escrow provider, payment intermediary, or guarantor.

Some PokerDeck features may require a paid plan or subscription. Prices, included features, limits, and overage terms are shown on our pricing page or in a written order for custom plans. Taxes may apply based on your location.

We use Paddle as our payment provider and merchant of record for checkout, tax, payment handling, receipts, subscription management, and buyer refund support. Your payment method may be charged for the plan you select and for recurring renewals until you cancel. Refund handling is explained in our refund policy.

PokerDeck, the Service, and our software, branding, design, and content are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit, and you grant us the limited rights needed to host, display, process, and secure that content to provide the Service.

We may suspend or terminate access when needed to protect users, prevent abuse, comply with law, enforce these Terms, or maintain service integrity. You may stop using PokerDeck at any time. Sections that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Our privacy policy explains what we collect, how we use data, and how to contact us about privacy requests.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free play, or suitability for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.

We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. We will update the date below and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
