Refund Policy

PokerDeck purchases made through Paddle follow Paddle's Refund Policy. Refund requests must be submitted within the applicable Paddle window, including 14 days for EU/EEA, Switzerland, UK, Turkey, Israel, and discretionary requests, 7 days for South Korea, Brazil, China, and Canada, and 5 days for Singapore.

What this covers

PokerDeck is operated by PokerWorks Ltd. This policy explains how refunds work for paid PokerDeck subscriptions and other paid digital private-poker features purchased through Paddle.

Paddle refund policy

We use Paddle as our payment provider and merchant of record for PokerDeck purchases made through Paddle Checkout. Refund eligibility, withdrawal rights, processing, and buyer support are governed by Paddle's Refund Policy and Paddle's Buyer Terms. If Paddle's current published policy differs from this summary, Paddle's policy controls.

Refund request windows

Refund requests must be made within the applicable Paddle refund window:

  • 14 days from the transaction date for consumers in the European Union, EEA, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Turkey, or Israel.
  • 7 days from the transaction date for consumers in South Korea, Brazil, China, or Canada.
  • 5 days from the transaction date for consumers in Singapore.
  • 14 days from the transaction date for discretionary refund requests reviewed by Paddle.

Paddle may provide additional or non-waivable rights where required by local consumer protection law.

Subscriptions and cancellations

You may cancel a recurring subscription to prevent future billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds for subscription transactions are handled under Paddle's Refund Policy.

Digital product

PokerDeck is a self-serve digital product for private, entertainment-only social poker. Virtual chips have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, and do not represent a deposit, stake, stored value, prize, or payout right.

How approved refunds are processed

Paddle processes approved refunds to the original payment method where possible. Paddle's published policy says approved refunds are processed within 14 days of approval.

How to request a refund

Use the View receipt or Manage subscription link in your Paddle transaction email, use the support link in your receipt or billing page, or visit paddle.net and choose Request refund. If you need PokerDeck help identifying your account, email support@pokerdeck.io.
